1) How long have you been involved with Team Fight?
2) How did you get involved with Team Fight and the Ulman Cancer Fund?
I got started with TF in 2008, Brian asked me to come help support an Iron Girl brick. On this ride I was able to find people who had a passion for a cause, and wanted to do something to better themselves. It was a great fit.
3) What is your favorite race on the Team Fight schedule and why?
You have to choose Half/Full. First, it is a UCF event, it is all about what we do. Then all my friends are there, some are racing, some are volunteering some are cheering and some may be running around in a blue body suit. Third, but not last, it has the greatest transition in all of race history.
4) Tell us more about you…
II still consider myself a beginer triathlete, you never seem to know everything. Quite often you get questions that you don’t know the answer but I will figure it out. I enjoy learning and teaching, the more you teach the more you learn.
5) What are you most looking forward to for Team Fight in 2012?
I always love meeting new people, the bigger TF gets, the more people I meet, the more people to spread the word about the great work UCF does. You can’t beat the atmosphere before a race, especially Iron Girl, where there are some many team fighters, and so many nervous first timers.
